Tank G60 excellent, support responsive
I bought the Tank G60 Electric Bike and was really impressed with the build quality. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out in about two days, and delivery took 6 days to get to my home in California. Assembly was manageable, mostly putting on the front wheel and handlebars. I had a question about the LCD display panel settings and used their online chat. A representative got back to me within the hour and walked me through it. The bike feels solid, the fat tires handle well on varied terrain, and the 1000W motor has plenty of power. The only minor issue was one of the hydraulic brake pads seemed a tiny bit off center, but it was an easy fix myself. Overall, a great experience and a high-quality product.
HR-G50 is solid, shipping could improve
I ordered the HR-G50 Fat Tire E-bike. The bike itself is very sturdy and rides well, which I was happy about. The 1500W motor is powerful. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach me on the East Coast. The packaging was good though, no damage. Customer service was helpful when I called about tracking. I also bought a Front Rack Accessory, and that came a few days later in a separate package, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I'm satisfied with the bike, but better consolidated shipping or faster delivery times would make the experience perfect.
Love my new e-bike!
I just got my new Moped Style E-bike and I absolutely love it! The ride is so smooth and it's super comfortable. It came really quickly, like 5 days! I've already taken it on so many rides around town. It's so much fun and I'm telling all my friends about it. I even got the Waterproof Bike Bag and it's perfect. Definitely shopping here again!
Good value on G50
